Chris brings more than twenty years of hands-on experience in operations, technology, construction, and real estate facilities management to his role with the company. Chris is responsible for property operations, including major capital projects and building retrofits. Chris is an active member of the US Green Building Counsel (USGBC) and is certified in many aspects of LEED building sustainability. Additionally he is an expert reviewer for the Greater Philadelphia Innovation Cluster (GPIC).
Previously, Chris was Vice President of Operations for GPX Realty Partners, LP. In this capacity, Chris’ primary responsibilities were to oversee the property management operations, construction, and facilities for GPX Realty Partners, L.P. While overseeing the management of GPX’s portfolio of assets, Chris was recognized by buildings.com, greenandsave.com, processor magazine, Lowes for Pros and others for his Green Initiative Programs.
Prior to joining GPX, Chris served as Director of Operations for ATX Communications, Inc., a publicly traded communications company located in Pennsylvania. During his decade-long tenure with the company, Chris served in a number of leadership capacities with a diverse range of responsibilities, including the management of a nearly one million square-foot portfolio of office space and technical operations centers across 17 states. In addition to his real estate and facilities responsibilities, Chris also managed the company’s customer facing data technologies, MIS infrastructure and VoIP technologies. Prior to joining ATX Communications, Mr. Canale served as Chief Operations Officer for NetLogic Technology Group, a Regional Managed Services provider in the Delaware Valley.
Chris attended Penn State University and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Almeda University.
