Emily has over 12 years of experience as a property and asset manager for commercial real estate. As an asset manager, Emily is responsible for our investments’ overall performance and their adherence to both our short term and long term goals. Emily is also part of our acquisition team where she will identify and underwrite new investment opportunities. Prior to joining our company, Emily was a property manager for Lowe Enterprises in Washington, DC and then Lincoln Property Company in Philadelphia. Emily managed large office properties while also working on development and acquisitions for these two well known companies. Most recently, she was a Senior Associate at FB Capital Partners where she played an integral role in their real estate business including asset management, leasing, reporting, and capital investments.
Emily holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania and Virginia.
