Gary has over twenty-three years of hands on and practical commercial real estate experience with a successful track record of creating relationships, closing transactions, and creating value through the execution of clear and measurable objectives. He is responsible for the overall management and growth of the company. His career has included senior level and partnership positions with FB Capital Partners, Lincoln Property Company, and Meridian Realty Advisors. Gary has extensive experience in real estate development, finance, joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, and asset/property management.
While at Lincoln, he was afforded the opportunity to lead a real estate technology practice to ensure the company’s position in the industry as technology plans were being developed by the company’s competitors. As a result, Gary became the founder and managing partner of PropertyLogic LLC, (www.propertylogic.com) an innovative real estate technology company that broke new ground in the industry for the management and operations of investment grade real estate. For two straight years, Lincoln and PropertyLogic were awarded the Digital Innovation Award by the Realcomm Conference for “Best Use of the Internet – Property Management and Development”. He was also included in Realcomm’s Top 35 People to Watch for three straight years. In addition, Gary joined a U.S. delegation in 2005 visiting five Asian countries searching for the most technologically advanced real estate in the world. Through these responsibilities, Gary’s perspective on traditional real estate issues is joined with a forward thinking point of view. He started his career in public accounting with Price Waterhouse.
Gary is on several community boards including the Settlement Music School and the City Avenue Special Services District. He is also an active participant in the Philadelphia based Energy Efficient Buildings Hub (EEB) which is a partnership between Penn State University and the Environmental Protection Agency. The EEB has a dual mission – to improve energy efficiency in buildings by incubating new technologies and to promote economic growth and job creation (www.eebhub.org).
Gary is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Accounting from The Smeal College of Business of The Pennsylvania State University.
