Matt Lukof, Asset Manager

Matt brings considerable experience in real estate and transaction sourcing to his role as an asset manager and acquisitions specialist. As an asset manager, Matt is responsible for our investments’ overall performance and their adherence to both our short term and long term goals. Matt is also part of our acquisition team and will identify and evaluate new real estate opportunities across multiple product lines and geographic regions. Prior to joining our company, Mr. Lukof was a senior associate at GPX Realty Partners and an acquisitions specialist for Philadelphia-based NWJ Companies, a $200 million, national, multi-family investment and redevelopment group. During his tenure there, he completed several large transactions, was responsible for all aspects of such transactions, and was instrumental in adding a new market to the Midwest portfolio.
Mr. Lukof devotes a significant amount of time as a Big Brother in the Big Brother Big Sisters program and is also a founding member of Fuel the Cure, a Philadelphia based non-profit that raises money and awareness for various charitable organizations. Mr. Lukof holds a B.A. in Economics from Lafayette College.
