Michael Eisner, Investment Manager

Mr. Eisner is primarily responsible for the business planning and analysis of new ventures for the company. This includes investment and capital strategies as well as investor relations. Prior to working with the company, Michael has been an analyst at our parent company, GPX Enterprises since 2008 and is responsible for deal sourcing, deal execution and monitoring current portfolio companies. Prior to joining GPX Enterprises, Mr. Eisner was an Analyst at SSG Capital Advisors, a middle market special situations investment banking firm. While at SSG, Mr. Eisner worked on a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and private placements of debt and equity for middle market companies in distressed and turnaround situations.
Mr. Eisner received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
